On-Line And Phone Therapy This new service arose from a growing need that I noticed in my private practice. Many people have difficulty finding the time in their busy schedules to come to a scheduled appointment. You may have work schedule conflicts, childcare issues, fear of going out in public, travel for work or homebound due to an illness or a phobia. Whatever the reason may be, this service allows you to still get the help you need but at your convenience and in the privacy of your own home. You may have a simple one-time question or you may choose to use this as a way to establish a longer-term relationship. How The Process Works You decide whether you would like to consult on the phone or on-line. I offer a variety of options listed below. You schedule an appointment and either pay by check or on your credit card prior to the session. I will then be available at the scheduled time to consult with you. Appointments are not necessary for an email session unless you choose the IM (live) option. IM Option When you use the IM option, you type your question or describe your concern and I will respond immediatly in real time. At the scheduled appointment time, I will contact you via your email address. I will then send you a link to my "private chat room" and we will chat back and forth for the allotted time. Email Option If you choose to send a detailed message through email, you do not need an appointment. I will respond sometime within 24 hours of receiving your message. My intention will be to respond as quickly as I can within that time frame. Telephone Option If you would like to consult by phone, you will set an appointment time and I will call you on the number provided at the designated time. Fees Phone consult or IM sessions: 45 minutes for $90.00 Email: One email $50.00 (I allow approximately 30 minutes to read your email and respond depending on the complexity of the question or issue) After the appointment is scheduled, you will select your payment method. You may either mail a check to my P.O. Box or I can charge your credit card. We will discuss arrangments at the time of sheduling. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If an emergency arises prior to the scheduled appointment and you can't make your appointment with me, I will reschedule another appointment for you.
